Subject Competitions Empowering Multifaceted Competency Cultivation for Application-Oriented Talents in Broadcasting and Hosting Arts

Abstract

Abstract: The media industry is undergoing rapid development and transformation, consequently raising heightened requirements for application-oriented professionals in broadcasting and hosting arts. This article explores how subject competitions can empower the cultivation of diverse abilities for applied talents in broadcasting and hosting arts. By analyzing the common methods, teaching methods, and teaching practice cases of talent cultivation in the broadcasting profession at present, theoretical support and practical guidance are provided for the teaching reform of broadcasting and hosting art majors, helping to cultivate applied talents who can adapt to industry needs and master diverse abilities.
