Exploration of the Path for Cultivating Soft Skills in the Workplace for Vocational College Graduates

Abstract: In modern workplace, the requirements for employees'comprehensive abilities are continuously increasing, and workplace soft skills have become key elements in the career development of vocational college graduates. Through questionnaire surveys and field research, this paper thoroughly analyzes the current status and importance of cultivating workplace soft skills among vocational college graduates, and systematically explores multi-dimensional influencing factors including education systems, personal cognition, and social environment. Aiming at existing problems, multiple development strategies are proposed, such as curriculum system reform, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthening career planning guidance. Combined with typical cases, this paper explores effective paths for soft skills development and looks forward to future trends, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for educational reform in vocational colleges and promotion of students'career development.
