Investigation of Approaches to Cultivate the Innovation Ability of Professionals for Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering—Case Study on the Construction of First-Class Major

Abstract: Innovation ability is key to improve the quality of education and building the first-class major. This article takes inorganic non-metallic materials engineering in the field of new engineering as an example, starting from three aspects: innovation of classroom teaching mode, construction of innovative practice platform, interdisciplinary, high-quality, and dynamically managed teacher team mode. Combining domestic and foreign teaching modes, it proposes a training path for innovative ability of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering professionals, providing reference for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
