Research on the Construction and Implementation of Micro-Course System of Clinical Practice Skills for TCM Assistant General Practitioners

Abstract: Based on the the new medical background and the new changes in the needs of primary medical care, this study focuses on the post competency standards, recombines the core skills of clinical practice, builds an integrated, tree-shaped and advanced TCM clinical practice skill system integrating “post-class-certificate”, builds a comprehensive and innovative virtual platform for practical teaching and designs diversified micro-class resources. Through the implementation of project-style and mixed teaching of “learning-training-competition” and the whole-process, objective and standardized examination and evaluation, this study gradually improves basic skills, clinical treatment and public health service capacity, and cultivates TCM professionals with solid professional knowledge, strong practical ability and high humanistic accomplishment.
