Abstract: The digital transformation of higher education is an important support for the national digital talent strategy, and improving digital literacy of college students is the key to the cultivation of digital talents. Teachers'digital teaching ability affects the construction of students'digital literacy, and there is a coupling effect in teaching and learning behavior. Under the framework of coupling theory, the coupling mechanism between teachers'digital teaching behavior and students'literacy construction behavior is analyzed from the aspects of students'cognitive construction of digital media awareness, interdisciplinary innovation of professional theory and digital technology integration, and the establishment of digital civic ethics. The digital transformation of higher education should pay attention to the behavioral coupling between teachers and students, and promote their collaborative development through strategies such as designing and implementing personalized digital teaching content, sharing digital resources, innovating classroom teaching methods, and implementing two-way evaluation and feedback.
