Explorion on “Study Travel Tutor”Training Based on the Perspective of Students

Abstract: The cause of research travel is in full swing and developing vigorously. But there are also many quality problems, especially the serious shortage of high-quality and professional“study travel tutor”talents, which has become one of the main bottlenecks restricting the healthy development of the industry and enterprises. Questionnaire survey is carried out to the students of tourism management and service education and other majors to explore the growth and training of“study travel tutor”. The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as clarifying the professional orientation of“study travel tutor”training, constructing corresponding training programs, building professional teachers with high theoretical level and strong practical ability, deepening the training mode of integrating production and education to improve students' professional skills in research and travel.
