Research on the Immersive Practical Training Teaching Model for Mechanical Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on“Virtual Factory”

Abstract: In order to reform and upgrade the traditional vocational education teaching methods, vocational colleges and universities have gradually begun to establish virtual simulation training bases, which can not only deepen the reform of“three educations”, the integration of industry and education, and school-enterprise cooperation, but also innovate a talent training model of vocational colleges. By discussing the teaching content and methods of mechanical professional training in vocational colleges, it is pointed out that it is out of touch with social development and cannot meet the actual needs. Make full use of contemporary information technology to build virtual experimental scenarios, so that students can experience virtual factories and workshops in an immersive way, so as to cultivate comprehensive talents who adapt to the needs of enterprises. The author believes that the use of virtual factories, virtual workshops and other means to improve the quality of teaching, to achieve school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of engineering and learning modern vocational education talent training model.
