Innovative Research on the Talent Training Model of Applied Undergraduate Universities Based on the“1+X”Certificate System

Abstract

Abstract: The State Council launched the pilot work of the“1+X”certificate system in 2019, providing new ideas for the transformation and development of applied undergraduate universities. Applied undergraduate universities should fully leverage the role of the“1+X”certificate system, construct innovative talent cultivation models, and achieve seamless integration between talent cultivation and enterprise needs. This has important practical significance for enhancing the talent cultivation ability of applied undergraduate universities, improving their comprehensive competitiveness, alleviating structural employment conflicts, and promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education system.
