Research on the Operation Mechanism of Talent Training Mode in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges——Take the Mineral Resources Engineering Specialty of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The modern apprenticeship system started late in China. With the transformation of China's economic development to a high-quality stage of development, the construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and modern apprenticeship system has become a new model to solve the supply and demand contradiction between the "difficult recruitment" of enterprises and the "difficult employment" of college students and the reform of China's vocational education. Taking the mineral resources engineering specialty of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an example, this paper focuses on the operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, and further analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and the innovation of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in mining majors.
