Construction and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cluster-Driven College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability Improvement Model

Abstract: In order to give full play to the advantages of the school's characteristic discipline innovation and entrepreneurship base, and build an upgraded innovation and entrepreneurship platform in a cluster and collaborative manner. The platform aims at cultivating high-quality employment and entrepreneurship talents, takes the industrial demand as the guidance, combines with the innovation and entrepreneurship base of advantageous disciplines to create innovation and entrepreneurship clusters, builds a five-level education model of collaborative maker space, and forms a closed-loop employment and entrepreneurship practice education system with project→case library (science and innovation/cultural and creative)→chain training→product incubation. The collaborative maker space is responsible for providing innovation and entrepreneurship guidance services, professional skills training and full-chain project training, to more effectively cultivate complex and innovative talents, and effectively improve the employment and entrepreneurship competitiveness of college students.
