Abstract: It is an objective requirement for the sustainable development of higher education to establish the quality standards, evaluation and guarantee system for the training of new engineering professionals. Starting from the basic connotation of the quality standard of talent training, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the training quality standards and evaluation system of new engineering professionals. On this basis, it constructs the training quality standard and evaluation system of new engineering professionals, and then constructs and improves the closed-loop system of professional talent training, forming self-restraint, self motivation The self-improvement "implementation - monitoring - evaluation - correction - feedback" virtuous circle quality assurance mechanism is implemented in all links of student training to promote the continuous improvement of professional talent training quality, so as to cultivate application-oriented talents with industry knowledge, engineering practice ability and competent for industrial development needs.
