Research on the Construction of Innovative Mechanical Teaching Team

Abstract

Abstract: With the continuous transformation and upgrading of the industry, there is a higher requirement for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges. In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation, as the core of teacher team construction, the important role of teaching team construction is increasingly prominent.Starting from the significance of the construction of innovative machinery teaching team, this paper discusses the construction ideas and management scheme of innovative machinery teaching team,clarifies four teaching and research directions, and proposes the expected results of the three-year construction of the teaching team.
