Analysis of the Implementation Path and Effectiveness of the Three-Alls Education Based on the Cultivation of Undergraduate Innovative Talents——A Case Study of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China

Abstract: In recent years, innovation-driven development has received great attention from the whole society. Universities have taken on the important mission of delivering talents to the country and society, and the goal of talent cultivation needs to be deeply integrated with national innovation development. Under the guiding ideology of "Three-Alls Education", University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) has actively innovated the cultivation system of undergraduate top-notch innovative talents in three aspects: the whole process elite tutorial system, the immersive scientific research platform, and the integrated ecosystem of scientific innovation and education. Relying on the authoritative education evaluation indexes of the state and universities to test the quality of talent cultivation, the results are remarkable.
