A Study on the Improvement of Japanese Teachers' Online Teaching Ability Based on Students' Perspective

Abstract: In the age of Internet information, the informationization of Japanese language education has been intensified, while the new edition of the teaching guidelines for Japanese language majors has put forward new ideas on the cultivation of Japanese talents, and online teaching has increasingly highlighted its advantages and importance, thus how to improve the online ability of Japanese teachers has become an important issue in the foreign language academia. In this paper, we take Japanese undergraduates of Shanghai Polytechnic University as the target group, and try to discuss the further improvement of Japanese teachers' online teaching ability and its solution from the students' perspective by means of a questionnaire, which provides a reference direction for how to promote Japanese teachers' online teaching ability under the new situation.
