Abstract: Besides practicality and applicability, regionality is another important characteristic of vocational education as a type of education. Vocational education should cultivate talents needed for the promotion of local advantageous industrial clusters; The development of vocational education should also serve the local economic and social development. Local higher vocational colleges, as the gathering place of local high-quality higher education resources, should sink high-quality resources to the secondary vocational stage and systematically improve the level of vocational education; Effectively integrate and lead the development of local industries, and promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries. Combined with the exploration and practice of vocational education in Yiwu, this paper discusses the regional integrated talent training mode of middle and higher vocational education based on the concept of "industry city education".
