Abstract: Based on the school running concept of Three Gorges University, this paper deeply discusses the basis for the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education system and mechanism under the "double service" concept of Three Gorges University and the shortcomings in practical work, and from many different levels, such as the improvement of curriculum system, the adjustment of curriculum system, the construction of curriculum activities, the construction of teachers and so on. This paper puts forward the strategies for the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education system and mechanism in Three Gorges University.
