Abstract: The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is not only the fundamental embodiment of testing the quality of financial talents, but also an important content of cultivating people in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, the arrival of the digital economy era has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In front of the new historical opportunities and challenges, financial colleges and universities should adhere to the new era of“Three-wide education”strategic guidance, clear under the background of the new digital economy era of innovative entrepreneurial talent training goals, build to "Three-wide education" strategy as the guiding ideology of the innovative entrepreneurial talent collaborative education mode, to promote financial colleges and universities with outstanding innovative spirit and strong entrepreneurial ability of high quality innovative entrepreneurial talents.
