Abstract: In recent years, the number of graduates in domestic colleges and universities has increased significantly, and the employment pressure of graduates is becoming more and more serious. Colleges and universities will also adjust their talent training strategies, and take innovative and high-quality talents as an important part of talent training. Graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship ability will be significantly improved, and the range of choices in employment will be significantly expanded, which can effectively reduce employment pressure. College counselors play an important role in students' study and life. In daily education, counselors can have in-depth communication with students and play an important role in "entrepreneurship and innovation" education guidance. How to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of counselors in colleges and universities, make them guide students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and make students become innovative talents is a problem that every counselor needs to think about seriously.
