Research and Practice on Process Management of Students' In-Post Practice in Comprehensive Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Post practice is an important form of higher vocational colleges to promote work learning talent training. According to the requirements of higher vocational college students' post practice process management, in view of the existing management and monitoring problems in the process of post practice, this paper constructed a three-in-one student post practice management system. And in practice "five one, six three" after the realization of the system management design. In order to improve the relevance and effectiveness of in-post practice, the management modes such as "teaching production workstation", "teacher mobile workstation" and "participation mode" are explored in decentralized areas of practice centralized enterprises.
