Reflections on Adult Vocational Education under the Concept of Lifelong Education

Abstract: Vigorously developing adult vocational education is an important guarantee to train more skilled craftsman talents. At present, the concept of lifelong education has become a popular education method. The core of lifelong education concept is to build a more equitable, flexible and personalized education service system. It can be seen that the concept of lifelong education and the development of adult vocational education are essentially similar, highlighting the characteristics of the whole process of learning. However, under the background of deepening vocational education reform, adult vocational colleges encounter many difficulties in the process of constructing lifelong education system. Therefore, it is necessary to build an adult vocational education system based on the concept of lifelong education in accordance with the characteristics of open education era.
