Abstract: Graduate scientific research team is an important force of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities. Scientific research innovation is closely related to the innovation ability of scientific research team. It is of great significance to explore the improvement of innovation ability of graduate scientific research team from the perspective of cultural incentive.
