Abstract: As a fresh force in the publicity team of colleges and universities, the students’ journalist society is active in the front line of news publicity and plays an important role in the publicity work. In the all-media era, the team construction of journalist of college students faces many challenges. How to conquer the challenges and build a healthy and stable journalist team is an important issue to be solved urgently at present. By conducting researches on the role and value of the college students’ journalist society in the all-media era, this paper summarizes five weaknesses of the current the students’ journalist society, including the lack of political literacy, the lack of new media hardware facilities, the lack of professional teachers, the lack of solid new media processing and application technology, and imperfect management mechanism. Hence, this paper proposes a construction and education mode for the students’ journalist society. The mode mainly focuses on three aspects: Firstly, strengthening the construction of hardware facilities. Secondly, comprehensively improve the quality of the student journalists by professional education. Thirdly, deeply carrying out the organization construction.
