Abstract: These years,China increased financial support for students from poor family, and this move have been achieved significant results. Now, poor students are able to pay tuition so that they can finish their college study. However, the quality of these students' talent is unknown. We send the questionnaires to students from several college in GuangXi, to find out the difference between normal students' quality and poor students' quality, and analysis the short board of poor students. We want to use this survey to give some advises to help poor students become more capable, which also help colleges to find a new way to culturing poor students, and supports GuangXi's development.
