Abstract: In recent years, with the construction and development of China's higher vocational colleges, "three complete education" has become an important guiding concept for the development of vocational education. At the same time, innovation and entrepreneurship education is gradually rising, becoming an important driving force and breakthrough to lead the reform of higher vocational education. On the basis of clarifying the connotation concepts of "three complete education", innovation and entrepreneurship education and whole person education, this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the integration development of"three complete education"and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. The integration development of the two is conducive to the implementation of the training task of innovative high-tech talents in higher vocational colleges.
