Abstract: Constructing and perfecting “the three-comprehensive education tutor group” is an important way to realize a new system of all-member, whole-process, and all-round education, and is a powerful measure to improve the ideological and political education of college students in the new era. It is necessary to make overall arrangements ,build and promote in terms of ideological understanding, system guarantee, organizational structure, personnel composition, job responsibilities, process management, assessment and evaluation in multiple ways, so that the student ideological and political education work system can penetrate the discipline system, teaching system, teaching material system and management system to form a new pattern of all-round education for all the school staff and the whole process.
