Abstract: College cadres are the advanced elements in the college students group, the bridge and link between the university and the students, and the right assistant to carry out the student work in the university. The value construction of college students'cadres can positively influence the moral consciousness of college students'organization, standardize the organizational behavior, and integrate the thought and behavior into the school development goal and the talent training goal. Aiming at the diversity of university student's cadre's values at present, combining with barnard's theory of dynamic balance, we seek the organization balance and innovate the management mode, promote the leading role of student cadre's ability quality and value in all aspects, and strengthen the student cadre's working ability and team vitality.
