Abstract: Based on the task and goal of "double first-class" construction, this paper analyzes the positioning, realistic demands and how to develop and adapt to the needs of the times of the counselor team in the "double first-class" construction, establishes the "four internal development" strategy, and improves the professional level and professional ability of the counselor team.
