Research on the Construction of Teachers' Team of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Entrepreneurship Education in higher vocational colleges is also called entrepreneurship quality education, which aims to develop and improve the basic quality of students' entrepreneurship. Through school education, students can become high-quality talents with innovation consciousness, creativity and individuality, and contribute to the development of society in the future. The cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is inseparable from teachers. A good team of entrepreneurial education teachers is the guarantee to improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of students. Therefore, this paper studies the construction of entrepreneurial education teachers' team in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, it analyzes the existing problems of entrepreneurial education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China. Secondly, it puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for these problems. In order to promote the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
