Under the Background of the New Era, the Analysis and Countermeasures of the Mental Health Education of Poor College Students

Abstract: During the 40-years reform and opening up, from the initial inclusive policy measures to the currently targeted poverty alleviation, and then to ensuring that all the poor people will be lifted out of poverty by 2020 , our country has embarked on a path of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics. Against this background, colleges and universities are also constantly improving relevant policies, increasing funding for students from poor or low-income families such as establishing the poor files, to ensure that no poor students are left out and don't let the family financial burden become a stumbling block for students to go to college. " Helping the poor first helps the wisdom, and helping the wisdom first helps the heart ". Colleges and universities must focus on the psychological conditions of poor students to enable college students to grow up healthily on campus and to become self-reliant. This article uses the common problems of psychological education in colleges and universities to study the problems of psychological education from poor students, and proposes to take correct mental health education countermeasures to solve the psychological problems from poor college students and promote the psychological healthy growth for them.
