Analysis of the Way to Improve the Quality of University Educational Administration from the Perspective of System Theory

Abstract: University educational administration management is an important part of the daily management activities of universities and one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive strength of universities. It is also a dynamic system involving multiple processes. However, there are problems such as uneven quality of educational management personnel, imperfect educational management system, serious division of educational management work, and poor communication in the current educational administration management of colleges and universities, which make the educational administration management in colleges inefficient and low-quality. According to the system theory, it analyzes the internal mechanism of university educational administration management, and studies the improvement path of university educational administration management quality from the perspective of the openness, integrity and feedback characteristics of the system.
