Abstract: The training of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability meets the needs of the development of innovative society, which is the development direction of college education. In this study, a number of directional research groups were established through interaction among teachers, college students and graduate students, with clear division of labor, effective mutual assistance and orderly operation. Through the construction of a three-stage system, students' innovative thinking, innovative practice ability, communication ability and teamwork ability can be gradually improved. Through practice, a series of innovative achievements of college students have been achieved, which has promoted students' cognition, identification and love for their major. Improve the ability of the graduate students to carry out independent scientific research, and realize the affirmation of self-value; It enriched teachers' practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education and deepened their love for education.
