Abstract: "Employment difficulty" has become a common concern of the society, even in the underdeveloped minority areas, this phenomenon still exists. This paper takes the current situation of social employment in southern Xinjiang as an example, starting from the government, colleges and universities, students themselves, to explore the causes of employment difficulties, take effective measures to solve the problem of employment difficulties, and ease the employment pressure.
