Abstract: With the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of college students present a rising trend, as the demand of talents for college students at present, the market gradually saturated, college students' employment difficult to become the social focus problem,put forward and the development of the concept of college students' self-employment provide new targets for university students' employment, effectively ease college students employment difficult predicament, has made significant achievements.However with the development of the time, the problems existing in the college students' entrepreneurial process of increasingly exposed, college students' entrepreneurial performance, low entrepreneurial failure rate higher problem remains to be solved, this paper from the Angle of the college student entrepreneur human capital, by exploring the relationship between entrepreneurs' human capital and entrepreneurial performance of undergraduates, innovative new ways of college students' entrepreneurship education in our country.
