Abstract: With the advent of the Internet Age, many areas have undergone earth-shaking changes,The field of higher education has also been influenced by information technology, and students' access to knowledge has gradually changed from the traditional model of "teacher teaching, student learning" to the mixed model of online and offline. Through practice and exploration, the mixed teaching model can meet the teaching needs of private colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented and technical talents. Taking the course of financial management of Wuxi Taihu University as an example, this paper explores the application of its mixed teaching mode, with a view to providing reference for other colleges to cultivate talents to meet the needs of the society.
