Research on the Collaborative Cultivation Mechanism of International English Talents in Hainan Free Trade Port Based on Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the accelerated internationalization process in the Hainan Free Trade Port, the demand for English talents shows characteristics of professionalization, diversification and internationalization. There are many contradictions in the current training model, which leads to a structural mismatch between talent supply and industrial demand. The research, by analyzing the characteristics of industry and capability requirements, reveals the institutional and mechanism-based roots of existing problems and proposes systematic solutions. It provides theoretical support and practical paths for deepening the industry-education integration and improving the collaborative training mechanism for international English talents in the Hainan Free Trade Port, which is of practical significance for enhancing the competitiveness of talents in the free trade port and promoting high-quality regional economic development.
