Research on the Training of Free Traditional Chinese Medicine Students Based on Job Competence

Abstract: With the development of the healthcare industry and the updating of medical education concepts, the reform of medical education guided by job competency has become a trend. This article focuses on the group of free medical students in traditional Chinese medicine, starting from the connotation of job competence such as professional knowledge, practical skills, cultural literacy, and traditional Chinese medicine thinking. Combining job competence with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic teaching content, a four-dimensional theoretical system of knowledge dimension, skill dimension, thinking dimension, and literacy dimension is constructed. By integrating teaching content, optimizing curriculum design, innovating teaching methods, improving teaching evaluation system and other implementation paths, integrating the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine discipline with the needs of grassroots positions, the adaptability of free medical students in traditional Chinese medicine is effectively improved, and promoting the reform of traditional Chinese medicine education.
