Abstract: The“dual-qualified”qualities of teachers in higher vocational colleges are a crucial guarantee for the quality of talent cultivation. The integration of industry and education has put forward new requirements for building a team of“dual-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges. This article addresses issues such as insufficient collaborative talent cultivation capabilities, weak technical integration abilities, and inadequate industrial practical experience among current teachers in higher vocational colleges. It proposes several training paths, including constructing school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation platforms, improving the functions of dual-qualified development centers, establishing technical collaboration alliances, and optimizing multidimensional evaluation systems, to provide new ideas for faculty team building under the background of industry-education integration.
