Abstract: In recent years, as the new liberal arts initiative accelerates and intelligent technologies continuously integrate into the education field, second foreign language instruction has been gradually shifting from traditional classroom formats to intelligent, open, and multi-modal learning environments. This study draws on real teaching contexts to examine changes in student learning behaviors, the evolving professional needs of teachers, and the reallocation of instructional resources. By constructing an intelligent curriculum system, reshaping classroom organization, and enhancing professional support mechanisms for teachers, this research proposes a second foreign language teaching model characterized by continuous renewal, resource openness, and multi-stakeholder participation. The findings offer practical pathways and insights for cultivating future-oriented learners with strong cross-cultural communication competence.
