Abstract: Currently, there is a misalignment between rural development and university innovation and entrepreneurship education, hindering the pace of rural transformation and upgrading. Universities should deepen educational reforms and establish a comprehensive talent cultivation system to nurture innovative and entrepreneurial talents for rural areas, thereby driving high-quality rural development. Through reforms in“discipline-entrepreneurship integration”teaching, industry-education collaboration, and cultural resource utilization, the alignment between talent and industrial demands can be strengthened. Additionally, tripartite collaboration among the government, universities, and society is advocated to integrate resources, refine policies, and build an innovation ecosystem, facilitating rural industrial upgrading, common prosperity, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
