Abstract: Against the backdrop of the nation's vigorous promotion of vocational education reform, a closed-loop practical teaching system has been established to address issues such as vague objectives, scattered content, insufficient teacher resources and practical training conditions, and lax management in the practical teaching of tourism-related vocational teacher education majors. This system is centered around“professional competencies + pedagogical competencies”and follows a progressive path from“experience-based activities - individual skills - comprehensive training”. It encompasses five key aspects: teaching objectives, content, conditions, management, and evaluation. By optimizing practical objectives, innovating school-enterprise collaboration models, and improving management mechanisms, this system promotes the integration of students' professional practice and educational teaching abilities, providing a feasible path for cultivating high-quality“double-qualified”vocational teachers.
