Research on the Innovation of Talent Cultivation Models in Adult Higher Education in Inner Mongolia in the Era of Converged Media

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, the era of integrated media has arrived. It has broken through the boundaries of traditional media, enabling the integration and interaction of various media forms, and has profoundly influenced all fields, including adult higher education. Based on adult colleges in Inner Mongolia, from the perspective of the impact of the integrated media environment on these institutions, this article explores the prominent issues currently present in the talent cultivation models of adult colleges in Inner Mongolia and proposes targeted optimizations to address these issues. The aim is to promote reforms and innovations in the talent cultivation models of adult colleges across China, enhance the quality of talent cultivation, and better serve the economic and social development of the region.
