Abstract: Enhancing the overall quality of graduate students has become an urgent need for both national and societal development. Based on five years of educational experience in training master's students in resource and environmental sciences, this paper proposes a comprehensive quality cultivation model integrating personality, professionalism, physical fitness, and innovation. This model is grounded in the establishment of correct values, supported by the enhancement of professional skills and the maintenance of good physical health, with a focus on strengthening innovative and practical abilities, intended to cultivate high-quality professionals in the field of environment. Practice has proven that this model significantly improves the comprehensive quality of graduate students, with a 90.6% correlation between student employment and majors, and a 97.7% job satisfaction rate, providing a large number of outstanding talents for the high-quality development of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
