Abstract: This article takes the mechanical drawing course in universities as an example to analyze the problems of outdated teaching content, single teaching forms, insufficient teaching interaction, low learning freedom, and untimely learning tracking in the traditional teaching process. It proposes a multi degree of freedom continuous advanced teaching mode for application-oriented undergraduate universities: introducing 3D modeling to reconstruct teaching content, integrating enterprise projects, competition projects, and scientific research projects into project-based teaching, implementing online and offline interactive teaching before and after class, establishing a multi degree of freedom continuous advanced learning model based on student differences, and using cloud courses to conduct real-time learning tracking and make timely teaching adjustments. After multiple rounds of teaching practice, the results have been good.
