Abstract: To address the pressing need for interdisciplinary talent in response to Guizhou's“four modernizations”integrated development, this paper constructs a new business talent training model that serves regional strategies. First, it analyzes the disconnect between traditional business education and local industrial development. Then, based on the concepts of industry-education integration and science-education fusion, it systematically designs this model across five dimensions: curriculum system, teaching methods, faculty development, practical platforms, and evaluation mechanisms. The practical results show that this model has significantly enhanced students'comprehensive abilities to serve regional development, with notable achievements in digital literacy, industrial insight, and innovative practice, thereby achieving a precise alignment between talent cultivation and industrial demands. This research not only enriches the theoretical content of new business talent cultivation but also provides a practical paradigm for higher education reform in similar regions, offering a solid talent guarantee for high-quality regional economic development.
