Practice of Integrating “Positions, Courses, Competitions, and Certificates” in the Field of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology for Integrated Education

Abstract: This article aims to address the problems of the disconnect between the talent cultivation of pharmaceutical biotechnology majors in higher vocational colleges and the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the insufficient connection between the curriculum system and job standards. Based on the concept of“Positions, courses, competitions, and certificates”integrated education, combined with the practical experience of other colleges, a“job demand oriented, curriculum system centered, skill competition driven, and vocational certificate guaranteed”integrated education model is constructed; By optimizing talent training programs, restructuring curriculum systems, deepening the“three education”reform, and improving guarantee mechanisms, we aim to achieve a deep integration of“Positions, courses, competitions, and certificates”, enhance students' vocational skills and their adaptablity to the industry, and provide high-quality and high skilled talents for the industry.
