Analysis of the Path to Improve the Ability of Teachers in Private Colleges and Universities to Integrate Science and Education

Abstract: Enhancing the ability of teachers in private universities to integrate science and education is not only an urgent need for teacher career development, but also an inevitable choice for the connotative development of private universities. In the current education system of private colleges and universities, the implementation of science and education integration faces problems such as the lack of institutional guarantees, weak subjective awareness, and insufficient professional capabilities when implementing the integration of science and education. Measures can be taken from aspects such as the construction of institutional systems, giving play to exemplary leadership role, and enhancing professional capabilities, etc. to promote the improvement of the science and education integration ability of teachers in private colleges and universities.
