Exploring the Path to Enhancing Digital Competence of College Teachers

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, digital education has become an important direction for the development of modern education. College teachers should have good information literacy, use information tools to optimize the content and methods of teaching, improve the quality of teaching, and enhance students'self-learning ability. At present, university teachers still face many problems in receiving information technology training, applying information technology, and obtaining digital education support. Universities should comprehensively cultivate teachers from the aspects of building a systematic training system, cultivating teachers'information technology skills, and enhancing policy support to promote teaching digital transformation and meet the needs of education reform, thus better cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
