Abstract: College counselors play a crucial role in guiding college students'employment. Counselors should cultivate skills and guide students in career planning; deepen learning and guide students in job search skills; promote policies and encourage students to find full employment; pay attention to care and strengthen students'psychological counseling; strengthen collaboration and build a joint force for employment guidance; build a platform to expand employment information resources; tracking feedback, improving employment guidance services and other optimization strategies, leveraging role to promote smooth employment for college students.
