Exploring on the “Job-Course-Competition-Certificate +” Talent Cultivation Model for Infant Care Major under “1+X” System

Abstract: To address issues such as vague positioning, unsystematic curriculum systems, and the disconnection between practical teaching and professional talent cultivation in infant and toddler childcare services and management, the “job-course-competition-certificate +” model is proposed. This model closely follows job requirements, clarifies training objectives, constructs a five-dimensional curriculum system, integrates skill competitions with certification, strengthens practical training and innovation, and comprehensively enhances students'professional literacy and comprehensive abilities to meet the society's demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents, resolving key issues in professional talent cultivation.
