Abstract: This paper analyzes the market status and development issues of the new type of loose-leaf textbook “agricultural economy right confirmation”, expounds the significance of the development of textbooks. The problems of the textbooks in the aspects of technology and content updating, the difficulty of reconstructing the content of textbooks the difficulty of the universal applicability of textbooks, and the difficulty of weak appeal of the content and form of textbooks are summarized, and the solutions are proposed. Finally the key points of the development of this textbook are introduced in detail from four dimensions: target group locking and demand research, textbook framework and content design, textbook content writing and the presentation form of textbooks.
